Reserve a Room or Event Space
Whether you’re planning a student organization meeting, class event, or requesting space for an outside group, find the reservation process and requirements below.
Before You Begin
Please review these important policies before submitting a reservation request.
• Reservations are reviewed by the Office of Student Affairs.
• Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Allow up to two business days for a response.
• Events cannot be scheduled during reading days or final exams.
• Outside organizations must follow additional approval requirements.
Reservations are three (3) hours or less.
- Log into using your UA ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµlogo account
- Click “Room Reservations” box.
- Select “Calendar Date” (far right) and choose the date of your event/meeting.
- Select any other filters for room requirements. Suggestion: Room type will help narrow your search.
- All rooms are displayed on the screen. Scroll down to find the room you wish or the room available at the time you wish.
- Select your time slot on the room you have chosen.
- Complete the details to confirm your reservation.
- Click “Book Space.”
- Complete the Room Reservation Form
- Save your completed form as a PDF if you wish.
- Click “Submit.”
- Your reservation is now pending approval. You will be notified once it is approved.
- Log into
- Select Manage Group.
- Select Events.
- Create Event.
- Complete necessary fields for event.
- Section #3 “Where.”
a. Select on-campus room reservation.
b. Input # of attendees.
c. Click “Book Rooms.”
- See available spaces, find room you wish, and click “Book.”
- Finish remaining details on form and click “Create Event.”
This does not mean your room is reserved. Your request still goes through the approval process. You will be notified of approval.

- If you have a UA ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµlogo account, sign in. If you do not have a UA ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµlogo Account, select “Sign in Below,” followed by “Create an Account,” and then “Sign Up.”
- You will receive a 6 digit verification code via email
- Enter the code, which will direct you to the CampusGroups main page.
- Select “Groups” icon, followed by “All Groups.”
- Search group to find the “UA ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµlogo – Bowen School of Law Guest” Group.
- Select guest group & click join.

b. Receive email saying added as officer to guest group
Once you have been added to the guest group, use the same steps as “Student Organization Officer ” (above) to book your event.
University facilities are primarily available for the use and benefit of UA ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµlogo students, faculty, staff, and recognized university organizations. All reservation requests are reviewed in accordance with University of Arkansas System and UA ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµlogo policies and procedures.
Law School Facilities
Classroom, courtroom, and other space requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Priority is generally given to law-related groups. Requests from non-university groups are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For these purposes, a “law-related” group is one whose membership consists of at least 75% attorneys, legal professionals, law students, or court employees.
Outside Organizations
Outside organizations and guests, including currently enrolled students submitting requests on behalf of non-university organizations, must follow the reservation process for non-university users. Approval is required before using law school facilities or conducting activities within the building.
Solicitation
Non-university organizations may not engage in solicitation on law school property, including the sale or promotion of bar preparation courses or materials, without prior approval from the assistant dean of Student Affairs.
Reservation Review
All requests are reviewed by the Office of Student Affairs and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to two business days for review. Events may not be scheduled during reading periods or final exams.
