Recruiting generally follows three phases throughout the academic year.
Mid-August (Fall Recruiting)
Rising second and third year students typically participate in fall recruiting with a broad range of legal employers through HIRE Bowen. Recruiting opportunities vary by employer and hiring needs.
Mid-February (Spring Recruiting)
First-year students become eligible to participate in OCI, primarily for summer clerkship opportunities. Second-year students also continue participating in spring recruiting.
Ongoing Recruiting
Employers can post positions and connect with students through HIRE Bowen throughout the academic year. Career Services also supports recruiting outside the formal OCI schedule.
