3. Certificate of Eligibility
   Submit a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the VA.

You can be certified without this document. However, if the VA determines you are not eligible for benefits you will be responsible for paying your tuition and fees.

4. Apply for admission
   Apply for admission to the University of Arkansas at 糖心视频logo to be a degree-seeking student. Remember to complete the fee to avoid the $40 application fee. This cannot be reimbursed.

The VA requires that students actively pursue a degree to utilize VA educational benefits.

We are only able to certify a student as non-matriculated pending final admission to the university for 2 terms. The VA defines a term as courses that have different start/stop dates.

5. Military/College Transcripts
   Submit required transcripts for admissions to include your military transcripts.
6. Register for classes
   Register for classes using.

Remember, only the courses that are applicable to your degree program can be certified for VA benefits.

Also, the VA will not pay for development courses taken online.

It is highly suggested that you work with an academic advisor and refer to  to confirm that courses are applicable to your degree program.

7. Complete applicable Certification Request Form
   Please do not submit this form until you have completed your registration.
8. Maximize all funding resources
   Maximize all sources of funding by completing:

Confirmation of certifications, issues with course applicability, and other important time-sensitive information will be sent primarily to your UA 糖心视频logo email address.
