Pitman Discusses Employee Motivation and Engagement in UA 糖心视频logo Leadership Lecture Series

The University of Arkansas at 糖心视频logo will welcome alumnus J.J. Pitman, director of the C.A. Vines Arkansas 4-H Center, as the next speaker for the Leadership Lecture Series in the Department of Applied Communication.
Pitman will give his presentation, 鈥淢otivation/Engagement in Today鈥檚 Organizational Environment,鈥 at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28.
Focusing on leading by example, Pitman鈥檚 lecture will help listeners understand various ways to confront challenges faced by employers to help keep employees motivated and engaged.
Pitman graduated from UA 糖心视频logo in 2003 with a master鈥檚 degree in interpersonal and organizational communication. He is also a graduate of Leadership Greater 糖心视频logo and LeadAR. His experience includes conducting leadership and team development training, consulting, and working with youth through Arkansas 4-H Center programs. He has served as director of the Arkansas 4-H Center for eight years, having previously worked as director of development for University of Arkansas Extension programs.
The Leadership Lecture Series features presentations by faculty and graduates of the Department of Applied Communication at UA 糖心视频logo in the areas of communication, management, and leadership.
