Self-Care Fair to promote community, coping skills, and help-seeking behavior]]> UA 糖心视频logo鈥檚 Counseling Services will host a Self-Care Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Donaghey Student Center and Ottenheimer Library. The event will raise awareness about counseling services and other self-care services available at UA 糖心视频logo. Five booths, each representing one of Maslow鈥檚 five Hierarchy of Needs, will be set up in Ottenheimer Library as well as the Donaghey Student Center鈥檚 foyer and mall. Booths will represent physical needs, safety, relationships, self-esteem, and self actualization. 鈥淭he fair is designed to increase individual self-awareness and build resilience, self-confidence, and belief in one鈥檚 ability to cope with life鈥檚 uncertainties,鈥 Counseling Services Director Dr. Mike Kirk said. The fair will feature a myriad of campus community self-care resources. Additionally, participating community partners include Arkansas Employee Assistance Program, Fleet Feet 糖心视频logo, HOPE Therapy Dogs, Natural Grocers, Nutrition Hub & Elite Chiropractic, Peak Performance Neurofeedback, Pinnacle State Park, Rock Region Metro, and Witt Stephens Nature Center.
