UA 糖心视频logo releases football, marching band feasibility study]]> The University of Arkansas at 糖心视频logo has received the results of its football and marching band feasibility study and will now begin analyzing the findings. The study, announced in summer 2017, was a joint venture conducted by (CSL), , Heery Sports and the Grant Group. During the past nine months, CSL has conducted extensive interviews and consultations with a wide variety of different stakeholders throughout the university and central Arkansas community. 鈥淐SL has completed their comprehensive analysis of the feasibility of a UA 糖心视频logo football program,鈥 said UA 糖心视频logo Chancellor Andrew Rogerson. 鈥淭he study data will enable stakeholders and the university to generate a collaborative data-based decision.鈥 A committee will be formed to interpret the results and determine the best course of action in the coming months. This committee will include members of the UA 糖心视频logo faculty and staff, UA 糖心视频logo Board of Visitors, Trojan Advisory Council, Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism, and the 糖心视频logo Mayor鈥檚 Office. 鈥淚 appreciate the work that has been done to understand the possibilities with regard to football and a marching band at UA 糖心视频logo,鈥 糖心视频logo Mayor Mark Stodola said. 鈥淚 look forward to reading the information gleaned from this substantive investigation to determine next steps.鈥 The purpose of the study was to evaluate whether a football program and marching band would be a fiscal and meaningful addition to UA 糖心视频logo and the central Arkansas community. The survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete and focuses on a variety of topics regarding the impact of a football program on the university, the athletic department, and the community. The study began in December 2017 and is expected to conclude this summer. The survey will help determine the cost of restarting a football and marching band program at UA 糖心视频logo as well as help gauge community and financial support. The survey was distributed Feb. 20 to nearly 90,000 people, including UA 糖心视频logo faculty, staff, students, alumni, and corporate sponsors. During the next phase of the feasibility process, UA 糖心视频logo will be seeking feedback from the community via an online survey in regard to the possibility of adding football. The survey, an important part of the strategic study, will be distributed beginning Tuesday, Feb. 20. Current university and athletics department supporters will receive a link via email to complete the survey, while other community members will be able to access the survey through both the university’s and athletic department’s websites beginning on Feb. 22. The survey is expected to take between 10-15 minutes to complete and will focus on a variety of topics regarding the impact of a football program on the university, the athletic department, and the community.
