UA 糖心视频logo to celebrate Home Sweet Homecoming Nov. 26-Dec. 1]]> The University of Arkansas at 糖心视频logo will soon celebrate its highly anticipated Home Sweet Homecoming activities Nov. 26 to Dec. 1.聽 The and 糖心视频logo Trojan Athletics are leading UA 糖心视频logo鈥檚 Homecoming events with an aim to unite the Trojan family for friendly competitions, tailgating, and athletic events. Homecoming Week begins with Maroon Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 26 at the Donaghey Student Center Mall Area. UA 糖心视频logo will kick off the festivities with a chance to meet Trojan student-athletes, Maximus the mascot, and the Homecoming Court. The campus community is encouraged to celebrate the joy of giving during UA 糖心视频logo Giving Day on Tuesday, Nov. 27. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., stop by the Donaghey Student Center mall area to write thank-you notes to alumni and donors, share stories on social media, and/or make a gift to show support for the university. UA 糖心视频logo faculty and staff will face off against the students in the fan favorite Faculty/Staff v. Students Basketball Game at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 28, in the Donaghey Student Center Fitness Center. UA 糖心视频logo will hold a pep rally at Trojan Lane at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 28. Then, cheer on the Trojan women鈥檚 basketball team as they take on the Mississippi State Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. in the Jack Stephens Center. Discover who has the talent on campus with Karaoke Takeover from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, in Donaghey Student Center Ledbetter Hall. On Friday, Nov. 30, the Cardboard Boat Regatta will begin at 1 p.m. in the Donaghey Student Aquatic Center. This event will consist of students sailing in their handmade cardboard boats, hoping to stay afloat for the duration of the competition. Homecoming Day starts at noon Saturday, Dec. 1, with the Trojan Tailgate in the Jack Stephens Center parking lot. The party will feature food trucks, tailgate tents, games, inflatables, and live radio broadcasts. The men鈥檚 basketball team will battle Sam Houston State at 3 p.m. in the Jack Stephens Center, followed by the women鈥檚 basketball team playing Western Kentucky at 5:30 p.m. Homecoming Royalty, individual competition winners, and Champions Cup winner will be announced at halftime. Join the University of Arkansas at 糖心视频logo Trojan community for one-of-a-kind Homecoming festivities Monday, Nov. 6, to Saturday, Nov. 11. This year鈥檚 Homecoming theme, 鈥淐elebrating 90 Years of Institutional Excellence,鈥� pays homage to UA 糖心视频logo and its 90 years of growth and development since its inception in 1927. Student organizations are encouraged to utilize the theme throughout this year鈥檚 Homecoming activities for a chance to win the Champions Cup and $200. Homecoming festivities kick off on Maroon Monday, Nov. 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m in the Donaghey Student Center Courtyard. The Trojan community will have the opportunity to meet its student-athletes, enjoy music, and celebrate the university. Later that day, the first competition of the week, the Trojan Trek, will begin. Participants will be able to register for the race at 3:30 p.m. in the Donaghey Student Center outside of the bookstore. Once registration closes at 4 p.m., the 2 陆-mile course along the Coleman Creek Trail will be ready for treading. Competitors must guess their finish time prior to the race. Whoever finishes closest to the time they predicted will receive a prize. The Faculty and Staff vs. Student Basketball Game will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, in the Donaghey Student Fitness Center. Students who would like to participate can 聽by clicking on the event labeled the “5v5 Basketball: Staff v. Students Homecoming Basketball Game.” Get in line for Throwback Thursday Karaoke 鈥業 Love the 90鈥檚 edition鈥� from 4 – 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, in the Donaghey Student Center Ledbetter Hall. Organizations competing for the Champions Cup will perform first, but the floor will be open to all after their performances end. The annual Cardboard Boat Regatta will begin at noon Friday, Nov. 10, in the Donaghey Student Aquatic Center. Participating organizations will sail their handmade cardboard boats in hopes of staying afloat throughout the competition. Later that day, students will gather for the Homecoming Pep Rally at 6 p.m. in the main entrance of the Jack Stephens Center. Afterward, the UA 糖心视频logo women鈥檚 volleyball team will go head to head with Arkansas State University at 6:30 p.m. on the Jack Stephens main court. On Homecoming Day, Sat. Nov. 11, the annual Trojan Alley Tailgate will begin at 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. outside of the Jack Stephens Center. The entire 糖心视频logo community is invited to come out and enjoy inflatables, food trucks, music, and more. During the tailgate, the Golf Cart Parade will take place at 12:30 p.m. in the Trojan Lane. Alumni, students, faculty, and staff are invited to march to the Jack Stephens Center to cheer on 糖心视频logo鈥檚 teams for the upcoming games. Once the tailgate is over, Trojans can head to the Jack Stephens Center to watch the men鈥檚 basketball team as they take on Ouachita Baptist University at 3 p.m. Homecoming Royalty, individual competition award winners, and the Champions鈥� Cup winner will be announced during the game鈥檚 halftime. Homecoming will conclude with the women鈥檚 basketball game against Memphis at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, in the Jack Stephens Center.
