Faller Wins Two Awards in National Federation of Press Women Contest

Angelita Faller, news director at UA 糖心视频logo, received two awards in the National Federation of Press Women鈥檚 2022 communications contest held June 25. The awards were presented during the organization鈥檚 annual conference in Fargo, N.D. Faller earned second place in the Publication Regularly Written by Entrant, Newsletter category for the UA 糖心视频logo Now newsletter. The online publication features articles about students, faculty, staff and events as well as a UA 糖心视频logo in the News section. Faller also earned an honorable mention in the Specialty Articles, Travel category for her article 鈥淐oach Wylie Flies UA 糖心视频logo Flag on Mount Kilimanjaro.鈥 The piece is about Jenna Wylie, head women’s golf coach, who completed her goal of climbing the highest single freestanding mountain in the world. State awards were presented in May during a ceremony hosted by the organization鈥檚 Arkansas affiliate, Arkansas Press Women, at the Bailey Alumni and Friends Center. The national award-winning entries had previously placed first in the Arkansas Press Women鈥檚 2022 professional communications contest before advancing to the NFPW competition. Faller also earned the following honors in the 2022 Arkansas Press Women contest:
