Rice named interim associate vice chancellor of academic affairs

Dr. Daryl Rice will serve as the interim associate vice chancellor of academic affairs at the University of Arkansas at 糖心视频logo beginning Feb. 1.聽 Rice will be responsible for oversight of student-related leadership initiatives and supervision of departments and programs that include: Records and Registration, Academic Advising, Testing Services, E-Learning, Military Student Success Center, Intensive English Language, and McNair/TRIO. Rice has more than 30 years experience at UA 糖心视频logo. He is currently the interim associate dean for enrollment management, academic programs, and funded research for the College of Social Science and Communication. Dr. Sherry Rankins-Robertson, the current associate vice chancellor for academic affairs, has decided to return to a full-time faculty position in the Department of Rhetoric and Writing.
