Due to these extenuating circumstances, we have created this portal for new employees to upload their identification documents during this time to satisfy the requirements for the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form.
As a new hire with the University of Arkansas at 糖心视频logo, you are required to provide identification documents for the I-9 Employment eligibility Verification Form. A link to the list of Acceptable Documents for the I-9 Form is provided below. You will need a document from list A or a document from list B and C.
Please note all documents must be current (not expired) and signed to be considered valid. – Review the list of acceptable documents for the I-9 Form at: – The social security card is no longer required for the Personnel Data Sheet if it is not being used for the I-9 Form. However, the new hire must have a social security number to begin work. New hires may still want to present their social security card for payroll reporting and tax purposes but it is not needed as a separate requirement.
